CH 34 - My Yandere Girlfriend Hiding in the Dungeon Kills Me Over and Over Again

 ―34― Could It Speak...?

Afterward, a period of solitary training within the dungeon began.

Since I was now acting alone, there were several things I needed to be cautious about.

First, I must not encounter the vampire Yudit.

In my current state of non-intimacy, meeting her could result in my death. Even if I manage to avoid Yudit and become friendly with her, there's also the possibility of Agaha's vengeful spirit attacking.

Either way, if that were to happen, I'd be in trouble, so avoiding encounters is the best option.

Thus, I need to be careful not to run into Yudit while utilizing the hideout and relentlessly engaging in monster hunts.

Skill points have been used.

The conditions necessary for level up have been met.

"Swordsmanship" has leveled up.

Swordsmanship Lv1 ▶ Swordsmanship Lv2

After half a day of training, I had successfully leveled up the "Swordsmanship" skill to level 2.

"Efficiency is lacking..."

I mutter to myself.

It seems the dungeon boss is so powerful that not even the vampire Yudit could defeat it.

That means, at the very least, I need to be stronger than Yudit to have a chance against the boss.

At this rate, it won't work.

If I continue to level up at this pace, I won't become strong enough to defeat the dungeon boss anytime soon.

I need to come up with a more efficient way to earn skill points.

"You seem troubled."

"Ah?"

I'm surprised by the sudden address.

I hastily look around, but there's no one there.

"Master, it's me."

The voice comes from the "Black Blade" I'm holding.

The "Black Blade" is one of the forms of the Parasitic Sword Puppeteer. In other words, it's the puppeteer speaking.

"You can talk?"

Until now, I've never experienced the puppeteer speaking like this, so it's quite surprising.

"Hmm, I'm a bit surprised too. I thought it would take a little more time for me to be able to talk... Maybe your soul and I have a strong compatibility."

"I see, that's how it is."

Perhaps my soul's compatibility allows it to speak.

Apart from the puppeteer's explanation, I stumble upon another possibility. Maybe all the times I've used the puppeteer have accumulated somewhere, and that's why it can speak now.

"So, Master, what seems to be the problem?"

Since there's no point dwelling on the reason why the puppeteer can speak, I redirect my thoughts to the issue at hand.

"Well... I want to earn skill points more efficiently. Do you have any good ideas?"

"Oh, if that's the case, I know of a hidden room in the dungeon where you can earn skill points efficiently."

"Really!?"

Yudit never mentioned the existence of such a hidden room.

"For now, I'll guide you to the location. Just follow my instructions, Master."

Following the puppeteer's guidance, I walk through the dungeon.

It seems that the place where you can efficiently earn skill points is on an upper floor, above the hideout that Yudit uses as her base.

"I remember thinking that if you touch the wall around here, a hidden room should appear..."

Following this lead, I blindly start touching the nearby walls.

I feel a distinct switch-like sensation as I press on something.

Then, a door materializes, likely leading to the hidden room.

"Why did you know about this place?"

"Oh, the previous Master stumbled upon it by chance."

That explanation makes sense.

Nevertheless, the fact that there's still an undiscovered hidden room, even Yudit didn't know about it.

"Master, I'll give you a warning. I know what kind of monster is waiting in that room. Honestly, with your current abilities, you'll definitely get killed."

"I see, thanks for the warning."

With those words, I enter the hidden passage.

"It's surprising how you don't hesitate at all and just enter."

"Well, I've gotten used to getting killed."

"Heh, what a boring joke."

"Maybe."

While saying that, I secretly made a vow.

I'll defeat the monster lurking in this hidden room, no matter how many times it takes.
